With this visa, you CAN :

Carry out activities related to business, investment, and company establishment.
Bring eligible members of your family.
Conduct activities as a member of the board of directors or commissioners of the company in which you are investing.
Travel to and from and live in Indonesia as long as your permit is valid.
Carry out activities related to tourism, and visit friends or family.

With this visa, you CAN NOT :

Do work that is not in accordance with the residence permit.

Visa Validity

This visa must be used within 90 days from the date of issue.

Document Requirements

PMA (Foreign Investment Company) company document
Passport that is valid for at least 6 (six) months.
A recent colour photograph.
A personal bank statement showing a minimum equivalent amount of USD $2000. The statement must cover the last 3 months and include your name, the date, and the account balance.
Evidence of share ownership of at least Rp10,000,000,000.00 (ten billion rupiah) or equivalent in the guarantor company listed in the Ministry of Investment / Indonesia Investment Coordinating Board.
Ministry of Law and Human Rights Decree regarding the legalization of the establishment the company.
Company current account for the last 2 (two) months.
